Detailed explanation-1: -10 Duty of parents and guardian.-It shall be the duty of every parent or guardian to admit or cause to be admitted his or her child or ward, as the case may be, to an elementary education in the neighbourhood school.
Detailed explanation-2: -5) Duty of parents and guardians: According to Section 10 of the RTE Act, it shall be the solemn duty of every parent or guardian to admit his or her child or ward, as the case may be, to an elementary school in the neighbourhood for an education.
Detailed explanation-3: -Section 11 provides that the appropriate government may make necessary arrangements for pre-school education. Chapter –IV: Responsibilities of Schools and Teachers.
