Detailed explanation-1: -They give importance to giving boys and girls equal opportunity and stimulating learning environment. Teachers are realizing the benefit of giving space to Parents through SMC and in return being able to enjoy the improvement in the functioning of their school.
Detailed explanation-2: -The SMCs consist of representatives of the local authority, parents or guardians of students, and the principal and teachers of the school. Three-fourths of SMC members must be parents or guardians and half must be women.
Detailed explanation-3: -Functions of School Management Committee (i) (ii) (iii) Monitor the working of the school. Prepare and recommend School Development Plan. Monitor the utilization of the grants received from the appropriate Government or Local Authority or any other source.
