Detailed explanation-1: -In 2017-18 it has been allocated Rs 13, 948 crore, which is an increase of 33% from the revised estimates of 2016-17. In 2016-17, the scheme was allocated Rs 9, 000 crore, which was increased to Rs 10, 500 crore at the revised estimates stage.
