Detailed explanation-1: -The Lifeline Express, or Jeevan Rekha Express, is a hospital train in India that has been running since 16 July 1991. It was a collaboration between the Impact India Foundation (IIF), Indian Railways (IR) and the Health Ministry.

Detailed explanation-2: -Lifeline Express, which formally known as Jeevan Rekha Express, started running from July 1991. This is the world’s first hospital train that covers the country’s remote areas, providing free treatment to people in need. Presently, it is stationed at the Badarpur station in Assam serving patients free of cost.
