Detailed explanation-1: -The state’s governor issued a proclamation, after obtaining the consent of the President of India allowing Governor’s rule for a period of up to six months after which President’s rule under Article 356 of the Constitution of India can be imposed.

Detailed explanation-2: -Executive powers As per Article 53, the executive power of the country is vested in the president and is exercised by the president either directly or through officers subordinate to him in accordance with the constitution.

Detailed explanation-3: -360. (1) If the President is satisfied that a situation has arisen whereby the financial stability or credit of India or of any part of the territory thereof is threatened, he may by a Proclamation make a declaration to that effect.

Detailed explanation-4: -Article-4: This Article allows for consequential changes in the Ist Schedule i.e. names of the States in the Union of India and IVth Schedule i.e. a number of seats allotted in the Rajya Sabha for each state. Constitution will not treat any such law altering existing States or creating a new State, as the amendment.
