Detailed explanation-1: -Chandrshekar Rao on 8th July launched the second phase of Haritha Haram a flagship programme of the Telangana State Government at Gundrampalli Village in Nalgonda, district.

Detailed explanation-2: -In 2020, the Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrashekhar Rao has launched the sixth phase of the Haritha Haram Programme. In the sixth phase, Target is to plant 30 crore saplings across the state.

Detailed explanation-3: -The program was launched by Telangana Chief Minister Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao on 3 July 2015. It is one of the Telangana Flagship programmes to rejuvenate degraded forests, protecting these forests from threats such as smuggling, encroachment, fire and grazing.
