Detailed explanation-1: -HYDERABAD: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has been conferred with honorary doctorate by the city-based Maulana Azad National Urdu University today. President Pranab Mukherjee was as the chief guest at the sixth convocation of the university where nearly 48, 000 students were awarded degrees.

Detailed explanation-2: -Shah Rukh Khan received an honorary doctorate degree from University of Edinburgh in in October 2015 for his contribution to film and philanthropy. Shah Rukh Khan said that he was ‘extremely grateful and extremely humbled’ for this honor bestowed upon him.
