Detailed explanation-1: -The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has been allocated Rs 5, 322 crore for the year 2021-22, which is 7% higher than the revised estimate of 2020-21.

Detailed explanation-2: -Union Budget 2023 has many provisions for the Agriculture development & Farmers Welfare. About Rs 1.25 lakh crore has been allocated for Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ welfare in Union Budget.
