Detailed explanation-1: -Total expenditure for 2017-18 is estimated to be Rs 1, 49, 646 crore, a 33.4% increase over the revised estimate of 2016-17. In 2016-17, there was a decrease of Rs 18, 225 crore (14%) in the revised estimate over the budget estimate.
