Detailed explanation-1: -The window for application under e-visa has been increased from 30 days to 120 days. Duration of stay in India under e-Visa has been increased from the existing 30 days to 60 days.

Detailed explanation-2: -e-visa will be granted for a period up to 60 days with double entry on e-Tourist Visa and e-Business Visa and triple entry on e-Medical Visa. In the case of e-Medical Visa, extension may be granted up to 6 months on case to case basis on merits of each case by the FRRO/ FRO concerned.
