Detailed explanation-1: -IRA, which stands for Intelligent Robotic Assistant, will help branch staff in servicing customers. With this launch, HDFC Bank becomes the first bank in the country to introduce a humanoid for customer service.

Detailed explanation-2: -Launched by HDFC bank, IRA is an interactive humanoid robot at the Koramangala branch, Bengaluru. The humanoid was developed in collaboration with Invento Makerspaces and Senseforth Technologies. The prototype introduced was IRA 1.0, employed at the Kamala Mills Branch in Mumbai.
