Detailed explanation-1: -The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has sanctioned Rs 220.50 crore to the Odisha government under Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF), officials said on Wednesday.

Detailed explanation-2: -The total sanction has crossed Rs 32, 100 crore for Odisha since the inception of the RIDF, the release added.

Detailed explanation-3: -Shri Shaji K V assumed charge as Chairman of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) on 7th December 2022.

Detailed explanation-4: -Indira Gandhi on 05 November 1982. Set up with an initial capital of Rs.100 crore, its’ paid up capital stood at Rs.17, 080 crore as on 31 March 2022. Consequent to the revision in the composition of share capital between Government of India and RBI, NABARD today is fully owned by Government of India.
