Detailed explanation-1: -The second Space Technology Incubation Centre (S-TIC) in the series was inaugurated by Dr K Sivan, Chairman, ISRO/ Secretary, DOS on 17th January 2019 through video mode from Bengaluru in the presence of Dr Lalit Kumar Awasthi, Director NIT Jalandhar and Dr P V Venkitakrishnan, Director, CBPO, ISRO HQ.
