Detailed explanation-2: -The company held its 27th AGM (annual general meeting) on Monday in which 99.75 per cent shareholders voted in favour of the special resolution to appoint “Akshaya Moondra as chief executive officer of the company".

Detailed explanation-3: -Ravinder Takkar, the managing director (MD) and chief executive officer (CEO) of telecom operator Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi), will replace Himanshu Kapania as the telco’s new chairman.
