Detailed explanation-1: -The Indian Navy recently conducted the third ‘Annual Joint Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) Exercise’ at Chennai from August 02-04 2019, under the theme ‘Cyclone and Urban Flooding Relief Operations’.

Detailed explanation-2: -The exercise aims to provide a unique platform for the exchange of domain knowledge, experience and best practices with the participating Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) member countries. Various representatives of the ASEAN countries are supposed to participate in the exercise.
