Detailed explanation-1: -The Union Cabinet has given its approval for the naming of the new Greenfield Airport at Hollongi, Itanagar, the State Capital of Arunachal Pradesh as “Donyi Polo Airport , Itanagar”.

Detailed explanation-2: -Centre has accorded an ‘In-principle approval’ for the setting up of 21 Greenfield Airports across the country. Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation Lt Gen (Retd) VK Singh said that the latest is the Manohar International Airport in Goa which was inaugurated on December 11 this year.
