Detailed explanation-1: -Answer: The Textile Ministry decided to impart skill training under Samarth – Textile Sector Capacity Building Scheme (SCBTS).

Detailed explanation-2: -SAMARTH is a placement-oriented programme targeting skill development of 10 lakh youth in the entire value chain of textiles, excluding Spinning & Weaving in the organized sector. The Government launched the Scheme for Capacity Building in Textile Sectorii (SCBTS) and named it Samarth Scheme.

Detailed explanation-3: -Samarth (Scheme for Capacity Building In Textile Sector) is a flagship skill development scheme approved in continuation to the Integrated Skill Development Scheme for 12th Five Year Plan (FYP), Cabinet Committee of Economic Affairs.
