Detailed explanation-4: -National Urban Livelihoods Mission scheme was launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, Government of India on September 24th, 2013. NULM replaced the existing Swarna Jayanti Shahari Rozgar Yojana (SJSRY) and is known as Rashtriya Shahri Aajeevika Mission in Hindi.
