Detailed explanation-1: -To apply under this scheme, the applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam. The interested applicant should already have his own pucca house. Through Aponar Apon Ghar Scheme 2023 only loan up to 40 lakh can be availed. Applicant should not have already taken any previous housing loan under any housing scheme.

Detailed explanation-2: -Assam Aponar Apon Ghar Scheme is run by the Finance department of the Assam government. This scheme aims to provide financial relief to the people of Assam and to ease the access to housing loans for purchase or construction of 1st house for the family.

In this scheme, the state govt. will provide 100% interest subsidy on agricultural loans for short term crops. Now farmers can avail a crop loan of up to Rs. 2 Lakh at 0% interest rates.
