Detailed explanation-1: -INS Trikand , a front-line warship of the Indian Navy, participated in a multinational training exercise ‘CUTLASS EXPRESS–19’ held from 27 January to 06 February 2019.

Detailed explanation-2: -A Maritime Partnership Exercise was held between the Indian Navy and Japan Maritime Self-Defence Force (JMSDF) in the Bay of Bengal in a non-contact mode amid COVID-19. The Indian side was represented by INS Shivalik and INS Kadmatt while JMSDF Ships Uraga and Hirado participated from the Japanese side.
