Detailed explanation-1: -The Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2019 was introduced in Lok Sabha on July 25, 2019 by the Minister of Finance, Ms. Nirmala Sitharaman.

Detailed explanation-2: -8. Constitution Amendment Bills have to be passed in each House of Parliament by a special majority i.e. by a majority of the total membership of that House and by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the members of the House “present and voting”.
