Detailed explanation-1: -Under the “Skill India Mission”, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has initiated the establishment of state of the art, visible, aspirational model training centres in every district of India. These model training centres are referred to as “Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra” (PMKK).

Detailed explanation-2: -Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) was launched in 2015 to encourage and promote skill development inthe country by providing free short duration skill training and incentivizing this by providing monetary rewards to youth for skill certification.
