Detailed explanation-1: -The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India has launched the program of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA), a national program with the vision to involve the professional and other higher educational institutions of the country in the development of villages.

Detailed explanation-2: -The program was formally launched by the Ministry of Education (MoE) (formerly Ministry Human Resource Development (MHRD)) in presence of The President of India on 11th November, 2014.
