Detailed explanation-3: -The new Shaurya KGC Card will provide finance for agricultural requirements such as production of crop, post-harvest maintenance and consumption needs. The armed forces personnel can also avail of this funding to purchase farm machinery, irrigation equipment or construct storage structures etc.

Detailed explanation-4: -It was first announced in 1998 in order to fulfil the financial requirements of the farmers at various stages of farming through institutional credit. It is implemented by all the Cooperative banks, Regional Rural Banks and PSBs throughout the whole country.
