Detailed explanation-1: -Amul (Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation) has become the first Indian dairy company to enter Rabobank’s list of Global Top 20 Dairy Companies. Amul was ranked 16th with an annual turnover of $5.5 billion. “This is a matter of pride for 36 lakh milk producers of Gujarat, ” Amul said.
