Detailed explanation-1: -India has given USD 22.5 million to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) since 2018. UNRWA is a UN agency that supports the relief and human development of Palestinian refugees.

Detailed explanation-2: -Since 1993 the European Commission and the EU member-states combined have been by far the largest aid contributor to the Palestinians. Arab League states have also been substantial donors, notably through budgetary support of the PNA during the Second Intifada.
