Detailed explanation-1: -Every day, dozens of villages are being connected with piped water supply in the two regions. Under the Jal Jeevan Mission, the government is aiming at providing a functional household tap connection to people through Har Ghar Nal Yojana.

Detailed explanation-2: -The ‘Rural Piped Water Supply’ project facilitates building of piped water supply in villages where 100% sanitation coverage has been achieved, under various schemes of the Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department of Government of Odisha. The project aims to ensure permanent drinking water security in rural areas.
