Detailed explanation-3: -On October 2, 2020 In an effort to address the pressing need of testing water at the doorstep, Manohar Lal, Chief Minister(CM) of Haryana launched a state-of-the-art Mobile Water Testing Laboratory Van, an innovative solution for Water testing of the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED).

Detailed explanation-4: -India’s first mobile food testing laboratory enabling on-the-spot food safety tests was launched in Goa. It was launched by the late Chief Minister Manohar Parikar. The mobile laboratory costs Rs. 45 lakh and is fully funded by the Centre.
