Detailed explanation-1: -New Delhi: With an aim to ensure that no person needs to enter a sewer or septic tank, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs launched the ‘Safaimitra Suraksha Challenge’ in 243 cities across the country on the occasion of World Toilet Day (November 19).
