Detailed explanation-1: -While launching the programme, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath informed that as many as 75, 000 women will get connected with state banks, get loans at cheaper interest rates and be able to avail benefits of state subsidies under the PM Mudra Yojana for three months.

Detailed explanation-2: -The Nirbhaya Ek Pahal aims to empower women monetarily as beneficiaries will be given loans at cheaper interest rates and also get connected to state banks. Under this, training kits will be distributed to about 1000 women from each district of the state i.e. a total of 75, 000 women.

Detailed explanation-3: -The Government of India has launched ‘Mission Shakti’ - an integrated women empowerment programme as umbrella scheme for the safety, security and empowerment of women for implementation during the 15th Finance Commission period 202l-22 to 2025-26. The norms of ‘Mission Shakti’ will be applicable with effect from 01.04.

Detailed explanation-4: -The budget 2022-23 has made an initial provision of Rs 4 crore for the two new schemes, Mukhyamantri Matsya Sampada Yojna and Nishadraj Boat Subsidy Yojna. The schemes are fully funded by the state government.
