Detailed explanation-1: -6th India-Brazil-South Africa (IBSA) Women’s Forum Meeting Held; Chaired by Smriti Zubin Irani.

Detailed explanation-2: -Mastoras became a referee, then a co-ordinator for referees, and last year, became the IBSA Blind Football chairman. And he has played a big part in making blind women footballers think big.

Detailed explanation-3: -It has since its inception, allocated over USD 44 million, supporting 39 South-South cooperation development projects in 35 partner countries with the majority being Least Developed Countries. India is the incumbent IBSA Chair and will be hosting the 6th IBSA Summit on the sidelines of the G20 Summit in November 2022.

Detailed explanation-4: -MUTUAL COOPERATION. The Sixth India-Brazil-South Africa (IBSA) Women’s Forum meeting was held virtually on 16th March, 2021. Led by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, the event witnessed participation of Ministers and officials responsible for Women Affairs of IBSA Countries.

Detailed explanation-5: -On 6 June 2003, Yashwant Sinha (External affairs minister of India), Celso Amorim (Foreign minister of Brazil) and Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma (Foreign minister of South Africa) met in Brasilia, where the IBSA Dialogue forum was formalized through the adoption of the “Brasilia Declaration".
