Detailed explanation-1: -Tamil Nadu legislative assembly presented a separate budget for Agriculture for the first time in the history of the assembly.

Detailed explanation-2: -Rajasthan Making Provisions For Farmers’ Welfare Through Agriculture Budget: CM Gehlot. The state government has taken a historic decision of bringing a separate agriculture budget which will be presented every year to give maximum benefits to the farmers, he said.
