Detailed explanation-1: -dated 17.09. 2020 (annexed herewith), the tenure of the Company Law Committee is hereby further extended by one year from the date of expiry of the last order i.e. till 16.09. 2022.

Detailed explanation-2: -The tenure of the existing CLC has now been extended by one more year up to September 16, 2023, official sources said. Earlier, the CLC got tenure extensions in September 2020, September 2021 and now September 2022.

Detailed explanation-3: -2023, ” the ministry said in an order dated September 5. Currently, an 11-member committee is chaired by corporate affairs secretary Tarun Bajaj.
