Detailed explanation-1: -The third edition of the week-long annual exercise called ‘Gandiv’ was launched at these locations by the NSG from August 22 and it will continue till August 28, an official statement issued on August 23 said. Gandiv was the name of Arjuna’s bow in Mahabharata.

Then there is the Special Ranger Group, which is a counterterror force and is used along with the SAG.
