Detailed explanation-1: -Coal and Mine Minister Pralhad Joshi Inaugurated E-portal of accreditation scheme for minerals exploration and handed over 52 mines block to 15 state govt’s representatives in 5th National Conclave on Mines and Minerals at New Delhi. Mr. Joshi said his ministry is working for the betterment of the coal and mine sector.

Detailed explanation-2: -Ministry of Mines introduced the concept of Mining Conclave in order to provide a platform for interaction between all stakeholders like Central Government officers who are policy makers, state government officers, the real executors in the auction regime, industry and the industry associations.
