Detailed explanation-1: -According to the latest Henley Passport Index, Japan has retained its position as the most favourible passport in the world, allowing visa-free entry to 193 global destinations.

Detailed explanation-2: -With access to 193 countries, Japan tops the list as the world’s most powerful passport, while Afghanistan is ranked last in the list, its passport giving access to only 27 countries. While India has moved up from its spot at the 87 th place on the list, it’s access to countries has decreased by one.

Detailed explanation-3: -Henley Passport Index 2023: Performance of Indian passport India ranked 85th in the world’s most powerful passport index in 2023 and gives visa-free entry to 59 countries worldwide. Earlier in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022, the country ranked at 82nd, 84th, 85th and 83rd respectively.

Detailed explanation-4: -After taking all of that into account, the United Arab Emirates passport is currently the most powerful passport in the world, with visa-free or visa-upon-arrival access to 181 destinations.
