Detailed explanation-1: -The Gujarat government has launched a web portal and a mobile application to facilitate online registration of workers from the unorganized sector to give them smart cards for availing of various welfare schemes. The ‘e-Nirman’ portal and its mobile App were launched by CM Vijay Rupani.

Detailed explanation-2: -The government of Odisha has launched “Nirman Kusuma” programme for providing financial assistance to the children of construction workers for their technical education in the state. It was launched by CM of Odisha Shri Naveen Patnaik in Bhubaneswar.

The eNagar covers 10 modules with 52 services including property tax, professional tax, water & drainage, Complaints and grievance redressal, building permission, fire and emergency services.
