Detailed explanation-1: -In Madhya Pradesh, ‘Launch Pad Scheme’ is being started for boys and girls coming out of child care institutions and having completed 18 years of age.

Detailed explanation-2: -Important features of MP Launch Pad Scheme 2023 Under the launch pad scheme, 52 districts of the state are divided into 5 groups. Five divisional headquarters are being started at Indore, Sagar, Gwalior, Jabalpur and Bhopal.

Detailed explanation-3: -This scheme has been launched by the Women and Child Development Department of the state with the objective to provide a platform to these youth, through which they will be able to become self-reliant by continuing their education and training.
