Detailed explanation-1: -The Rajasthan government has introduced a scheme to provide interest-free loan up to Rs. 50, 000 to street vendors, people in the age group of 18-40 years working in the service sector and unemployed of urban areas hit by the Covid-19-induced financial crisis.

Detailed explanation-2: -PM SVANidhi (PM Street Vendor’s AtmaNirbhar Nidhi) Scheme in Business Activity Loan. PM Street Vendor’s AtmaNirbhar Nidhi (PM SVANidhi) is a Special Micro-Credit Facility launched by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, for providing affordable loans to street vendors.

Detailed explanation-3: -The PM Street Vendor’s AtmaNirbhar Nidhi (PM SVANidhi) was launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs on June 01, 2020 for providing affordable Working Capital loan to street vendors to resume their livelihoodsthat have been adversely affected due to Covid-19 lockdown.

Detailed explanation-4: -As reported by the States/UTs, a total of 13, 403 vending zones have been identified so far. The first loan is upto Rs10, 000 followed by the second loan of upto Rs 20, 000 and the third loan of upto Rs 50, 000, on repayment of the earlier loans.
