Detailed explanation-1: -Thus the union Agricultural minister of India, Narendra Singh Tomar launched the nutrition smart village initiative to end the fight against malnutrition and create awareness related to the nutrition-rich food among the people living in the rural areas of India.

Detailed explanation-2: -Under the concept of Smart Village, the Foundation has adopted Village Dhanora, Teh. Bari, District Dholpur, a small and remote village of Rajasthan to develop it as India’s First Smart Village. The village is situated 30 km away from Dholpur district headquarter and 248 km from Jaipur.

Detailed explanation-3: -What is Nutrition Smart Village? The Nutrition Smart Village aims to promote nutritional awareness and bring behavioural change in the rural areas of the country. The programme targets farm women and school children. The program will spread the traditional knowledge of India.

Detailed explanation-4: -Abstract Smart Village refers to a concept developed in rural area that provides solutions to problems occurred and improves the quality of life. The main problems faced by rural areas are cover poverty, low level of education, and limited access to technology.

Detailed explanation-5: -We are glad to share that so far 62 villages, all over India in 19 states, have been adopted by Indian origin Americans living in USA, and we have submitted the secondary research reports for 48 of these villages and 14 village adopters have visited their villages from USA & work has started.
