Former Union Minister Shri Vijay Goel took charge yesterday as Vice Chairman of Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti at a function in Gandhi Smriti, New Delhi, the site of the Martyrdom of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation.
