Detailed explanation-1: -World Fisheries Day is celebrated every 21st November and represents a chance to recognise the vast and sometimes underappreciated food source for millions of humans that is the sea.

Detailed explanation-2: -The first World Fisheries Day was celebrated on November 21, 2015. On the same day, it was the grand opening of the International Fisherman’s organization was held in New Delhi. A forum for the World Fisheries consortium was established around 1997 and was famously called WFF (World Fisheries Forum).
