Detailed explanation-1: -The other disputed territory is south of the McMahon Line, in the area formerly known as the North-East Frontier Agency and now called Arunachal Pradesh. The McMahon Line was part of the 1914 Simla Convention signed between British India and Tibet, without China’s agreement.

Detailed explanation-2: -When used in relation to the Sino-Indian border dispute, South Tibet is a term mainly used by the People’s Republic of China to refer to an area south of the McMahon Line currently administered by India as parts of the states of Arunachal Pradesh.
