Detailed explanation-1: -India Contributes USD 800,000 To Promote the Hindi Language At UN. The government of India has contributed USD 800,000 to the United Nations(UN) as part of the initiative which aims to enhance public outreach of the organisation in Hindi.

Detailed explanation-2: -"India contributed $800,000 for continuing to promote #HindiUN,” India’s Permanent Mission to the UN tweeted Tuesday. The Indian mission said that the Government of India has been making continuous efforts to expand the use of Hindi in the United Nations.

Detailed explanation-3: -India has contributed more than 180,000 troops, the largest number from any country, participated in more than 43 missions and 156 Indian peacekeepers have made the supreme sacrifice while serving in UN missions. India has also provided and continues to provide eminent Force Commanders for UN Missions.
