Detailed explanation-1: -JALDOOT app has been jointly developed by Ministry of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.

Detailed explanation-2: -Ministry of Rural Development has developed “JALDOOT App” that will be used across the country to capture the water level of selected wells in a village. Union Minister of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Shri Giriraj Singh will launch the “JALDOOT App” at a function in New Delhi tomorrow.

Detailed explanation-3: -JALDOOT mobile app has been developed to capture the water level of wells in villages for pre-monsoon and monsoon season. Admin at center or state can register users at Gram Panchayat level. Registered users at GP level can capture well water level for all villages under that GP.

Detailed explanation-4: -Rural Development Ministry has developed a JALDOOT app. The app was launched by the Minister of State for Panchayati Raj, Kapil Moreshwar Patil, and Ministers of State for Rural Development, Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti and Faggan Singh Kulaste on September 27, 2022, in New Delhi.

Detailed explanation-5: -Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY) is a rural development scheme launched in 2014 by the Central Government in which every Member of Parliament (MP) will have the responsibility of the development of three villages, including personal, human, social, environmental and economic development of the villages.
