Detailed explanation-1: -Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor (HORC), with target completion by 31 March 2025, is an under construction twin-track 121.7-kilometre (75.6 mi)-km long Indian gauge railway project in Haryana state of India, which will run around along the Western Peripheral Expressway (WPE) on the western side of Delhi.

Detailed explanation-2: -Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor (HORC) project is a 121.742 km proposed semi high-speed rail line connecting Harsana Kalan (Sonipat) and Asaoti (Palwal) in Haryana through 17 stations along the Kundli – Manesar – Palwal (KMP) / Western Peripheral Expressway with an estimated cost of Rs. 4,822.69 crore.
