Detailed explanation-1: -Indian Navy and Royal Navy of Oman participated in the 13th Edition of bilateral exercise ‘Naseem Al Bahr’ or Sea Breeze. The highlight of the exercise was participation of India’s guided missile stealth frigate, INS Trikand, offshore patrol vessel, INS Sumitra, and Maritime Patrol Aircraft Dornier.

Detailed explanation-2: -Naseem-Al-Bahr (Sea Breeze) is a bilateral naval exercise between the Indian Navy and the Royal Navy of Oman, being conducted since 1993. Indian Navy ships Beas and Subhadra and Oman Navy ships RNOV Al Rasikh and RNOV Khassab are participating in this exercise.

Detailed explanation-3: -The exercise was conducted from 19 to 24 Nov 22 off the coast of Oman and had three phases: harbour phase, sea phase and debrief.

Detailed explanation-4: -Exercise Varuna The 19th (and most recent) edition of the Indian and French Navy bilateral exercise ‘VARUNA-2021’ was held in the Arabian Sea. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) took part in the Varuna maritime exercise for the first time.
