Detailed explanation-1: -National Museum , India and Kolding Museum, Denmark sign Memorandum of Understanding of exhibition “Silver treasures from Denmark and India” In the beginning of March, 2023 Museum Kolding and the National Museum in New Delhi will open the joint exhibition “Silver treasures from Denmark and India".

Detailed explanation-2: -The museum has various artefacts from the Harappan civilization, also known as the Indus Valley civilization. It has the world’s most representative collection of antiquities of the Harappan civilization – over 3500 objects that are on permanent loan from the Archaeological Survey of India to the museum.

Detailed explanation-3: -The National Museum also implements and serves as a regulatory and enforcement agency of the Government with respect to a series of cultural laws, and is responsible for various culturally significant properties, sites and reservations throughout the country.
