Detailed explanation-2: -NEW DELHI: India’s first-ever SAI National Centre of Excellence to train athletes in mountain terrain biking and bicycle motocross will be set up in Shimla by the Sports Ministry in collaboration with the Youth Services and Sports department of the government of Himachal Pradesh.

Detailed explanation-3: -SAI Centres of Excellence (SAI CoE) identify and train the talented sportspersons in the age group of 12–25 years who have shown promise at the sub-junior, junior and senior National Sports Competitions for 330 days in a year.
