Detailed explanation-1: -Article 25(1) of the Constitution says “all persons” are equally entitled to the freedom of conscience and the right to profess, practise and propagate religion freely.

Detailed explanation-2: -The Arunachal Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act, 1978, though never enforced in the state, prohibits the conversion from one religious faith to any other religious faith by use of force or inducement or by fraudulent means and for matters connected therewith.
